Team Lead, Research and Innovation
Amos holds a BSc degree in Agriculture and MPhil in Crop Science (Plant Breeding and Genetics) from the University of Ghana. He also holds a Certificate Seed Business Management and Field Crop Diseases Diagnostics from the University of Nairobi.
In 2015, Amos established a private seed business entity and consulting firm, Legacy Crop Improvement Centre (LCIC) in Koforidua, Ghana specializing in production and marketing of hybrid foundation seeds.  LCIC is currently the only private company in Ghana involved in hybrid foundation seed production and marketing. His fields have been commended by many organizations and he has been invited by the USAID, IFDC and the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa to give talks at several meetings.
Amos’ experience in maize breeding dates back to September 2009 when as a Research Technician, he carried out extensive field trials on maize in multi-locations. He was appointed as Research Technician at the West Africa Centre for Crop Improvement in 2014. On this job, he was the sole responsible for all aspects of hybrid maize breeding working directly under the famous maize breeder, Dr. Charles The of blessed memory. Mr. Azinu distinguished himself as a dedicated, hardworking person and was instrumental in the development of three hybrid maize varieties that have been released 2017 by the West Africa Centre for Crop Improvement (WACCI), University of Ghana for commercialization. From February to November 2016, Amos served as a Consultant on early generation seeds (EGS) study in Ghana on a USAID project.

Team Lead, Gemplasm Development and Quality Assurance.
She holds a post-graduate degree in Agribusiness from University of Ghana. She has working knowledge in the area of Accounting, Agri-business and marketing, Trade, Farm Management and Project Analysis.
Before joining LCIC, she worked with Research Trust Limited, where she served as a Product Ambassador for Agribusiness Development and Management Services (ADMAS).
Mr. Atitsogbui holds BSC degree in Agriculture (Crop Science option) from University of Ghana, Legon. He’s currently pursuing MPhil degree in Seed Science and Technology at the West Africa Centre for Crop Improvement (WACCI), University of Ghana.
Mr. Atitsogbui has a passion for seed production and has clear vision couple with scientific approach to problem solving. He possesses relevant in-depth knowledge and skills in germplasm development.
